HOW SHOULD I PREPARE FOR MY FIRST TREATMENT?

After booking your appointment, you will be asked to fill out a health history form. Please be as detailed as possible to ensure your safety and the best treatment possible. 

WHAT SHOULD I EXPECT FROM MY FIRST SESSION?

Please arrive on time, unfortunately we always have to finish on time, so late arrivals mean shorter massages. 
A 15 minute assessment will be carried out prior to the massage to determine a safe and effective treatment plan. 
You will be securely draped at all times, undraping only the area being worked on at the time. 
You will be asked for your consent. 
The massage is led by you, for you. Treatment can be changed at any time throughout the appointment. My goal is that we work together to give you the best treatment possible.

DO YOU HAVE PARKING?

Parking is available directly in front of the house! Please be respectful of my neighbours need to keep their spaces free. Thank you! 

CAN I BRING MY PHONE INTO THE TREATMENT ROOM?

Yes, but please silence cell phones during the session.

CAN I BRING MY CHILD?

If you have young children we request that you please make other arrangements for their care. Children may not be left unattended in the waiting area.

SHOULD I BE TIPPING YOU?

Tipping is at your discretion and by no means expected.

I rely on word of mouth referrals and the greatest tip you could give would be a referral of a family member or friend!

WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?

Please try to give 24 hours notice to cancel your appointment or you may be billed the full amount.
