I don’t charge any extra charges for deeper pressure, cupping or new modalities. You pay the standard charge for my time and no more.

I schedule my appointments 2 hours apart, so I am always on time for your arrival. I leave 15 minutes for your assessment, but you still get the whole of your appointment time on the massage table. If you booked an hour, my hands do not leave your body until the hour is up.

Consent and planning are two things I take very seriously. This is your massage. We will discuss a treatment plan at intake and follow up plans post massage. You are free to change that plan at any time. Communication is key. This is about you, not me. (Ha, a poet!!)

If you’re concerned about your body in any way, please be assured that there is zero judgement here. I don’t care if you’ve piled on the pounds over Christmas or if you forgot/don’t want to shave. I provide a body-positive, LGBTQ, space where you can relax. I have a hydraulic table with a lifting capacity of 500lbs, large sheets and a very private/safe space room, where you can leave your insecurities at the door.

I’m as happy to chat as you are! Which means that if you don’t want to, if you prefer your massage in silence, that’s what we’ll do. I take my lead from you.

There will be no spa, pan pipey music here! Google home is our friend, please feel free to ask for your favourites or just listen to the choice for the day.

I complete detailed notes of your massage after every appointment to ensure your treatment plan is followed. These also include your preferences, what music you like, do you get cold feet and need the heating pad, like a pillow when supine. These are completely confidential. I want this to be your massage, tailored to you. I will NEVER be discussing you by name to another client.

Everything in my room is disinfected between each client. Linens are laundered in chemical free detergent.
